A: Monthly coaching is billed on a monthly subscription basis via auto-debit. Your card will be charged on the same date each month unless otherwise arranged. Commitment packages are prepaid and non-refundable. If you’re on a contract (e.g. 3-month commitment), you are financially responsible for the full term before the start of the services.

Month-to-Month Clients: Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
Contract Clients: Any client can terminate their contract before its end date if they so choose– refunds will not be given. Commitment packages are non-refundable. ○ Under special, extenuating circumstances, a prorated refund may be given, and is up to Fuel Well Nutrition’s discretion.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email — no DMs or texts.

A: You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice through the booking link provided. Missed check-ins or late cancellations are not credited or refunded — accountability is part of the process.

A: Yes. Your billing continues whether you engage or not. You're paying for access to coaching, tools, data tracking, and accountability — not just the weekly check-in itself. If life gets hectic, communicate with me— we’ll adapt your protocol.

A: Yes. You have the option to be coached using Macros or a custom meal plan. Both will include food lists, and will be tailored to your goals

Response time is typically within 48 business hours.
In-app messaging is open for brief updates or questions — but detailed coaching happens during check-ins.

A: Most clients see measurable changes in 6–8 weeks with full compliance. But timelines vary based on your starting point, metabolism, training, stress, and sleep. This is a science-based process, not a quick-fix plan — and we track all relevant data to optimize your results.

A: You may request one pause per 6-month period, up to 14 days, with written notice. Pauses are not guaranteed for month-to-month plans and must be approved in advance. Chronic no-shows or lack of engagement will not qualify for pause extensions.

Each plan may vary slightly, but coaching typically includes:
Weekly macro/meal plan adjustments and performance feedback
Custom protocol for fueling, recovery, training nutrition
Video and/or written check-in responses
Unlimited in-app messaging (during office hours)
Progress tracking tools (biofeedback, scale trends, body comp)
Access to Fuel Well resources, templates, and food frameworks
